Born in Haifa, in 2015 Yehuda moved to London to study with Joanna MacGregor at the Royal Academy of Music. Since then he has performed at the Royal Festival Hall, made his playing-directing debut in St.Martins in the Fields with the Brandenburg Sinfonia and was recently selected as artist for the Kirckman Concert Society for a Wigmore Hall recital debut.
As a soloist Yehuda has also played with the St. John's chamber orchestra, the Haifa Symphony Orchestra , Netanya-Kibutzim Chamber Orchestra, and Ashdod symphony orchestra. He has taken part in festivals such as the Israel Festival, Piano Festival of the Royal Academy of Music, Dartington Summer Festival, Tibor Varga Festival and others, and appeared in piano duos with Michel Dalberto. Yehuda's playing has been live broadcasted on the BBC Radio, Classic FM, and on the Israeli radio channel "Kol Hamusica ".
In 2018 Yehuda curates a new concert series in central London at the Sherriff Centre, featuring jazz and classical music concerts in an unusual venue. He is currently working on a long term project of performing the entire Schubert piano sonatas. An avid contemporary music player, he commissioned Michael Finnissy for a new completion of Schubert's Reliquie Sonata D840 which was premiered in May 2017
In 2012 he curated in Tel-Aviv "Levinsky 24" concert series held in Amnon David Ar's art studio, combining classical and Jazz concerts with figurative art.
During his studies at the Royal Academy of Music, he received the MacFarren gold medal as well as the Loyds prize for the best piano recital, the Lilian Daveis prize, third prize at the Beethoven society in Europe intercollegiate competition. Yehuda also won the first prize at the Kalmi piano competition of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance , second prize at the national competition "Piano Forever", a second prize at the acdemy's concerto, Bundarenko family prize and a special prize for the performance of an Israeli piece from Tel-Hai international masterclasses.
Yehuda is currently studying for his PhD at the Royal Academy of Music in London where has completed his M.Mus and an artist diploma.
